    This very twisted, carved wood sculpture of a very twisted/distorted female appears to be Indonesian or maybe from the Philippines? She looks almost amphibious in her contortions.

      Thanks Congcu. I've seen similar in the PPhillipines, but i think you are correct.

      You are correct, the styles in both countries are quite similar. You will also see some that are like this from Haiti.

      That piece is titled “A Woman’s Grace” by Wayan Rendah.
