This is an early Pontiac muscle car that predates the GTO by 3 years. The most distinctive feature of it is the bubble top aka bubble windows. The front and rear windows are bubble shaped which give everyone in the car a pretty good view. Not much in the way of roof support to block it. This is a car I don't know much about but I know a lot about Ventura.
There are two Venturas, one in Iowa and one in the California. The one in California is a very scenic coastal town so I am guessing it is named after that one. That is the one the Ventura Highway goes through. I bought many of my first antiques there. Main Street still has several antique stores/malls and trendy eating places plus an early California mission. Nice place to stop on a trip to the central coast.
Back to the model it is very well detailed just check out the pictures.
Got a very stylish Lego house coming up so stay tuned.

Very cool! My father had a 1961 Pontiac Tempest that had a 4-cylinder engine and a transaxle rear end. That was a pretty cool car. Unfortunately, my mother sold it after my father passed away in 2009.

Thank you very much Scott. Too bad she sold it. We had a few classic cars we didn't realize were classic that we got rid of.
