Found this at a thrift store today. They have there fine jewelry checked by a local jeweler. Many small Diamonds and a hefty 24 grams of 18k white gold. The inside of the back has what appears to be a monogram of MBB. Wasn’t cheap cheap, but I got it low enough to make a decent return.
