Something I picked up at the Palm Springs Vintage Market. Palm Springs is the Mecca for all things Mid Century Modern. Most of the homes in Palm Springs are MMC although the mini mansions are moving in. A proper Palm Springs home is one story so this would be MMC from perhaps an Orange County suburb. It is an interesting looking layout.
My limited amount of Lego knowledge puts this one as 1960s maybe 1970s. No custom pieces that just make one thing. This looks like something someone made up themselves.
Some nice features on this such as the wall of clear pieces which would probably be the living room. The other wing has the bedrooms. There is a garage on the backside with a deck above. Probably off the master bedroom. Looks like a fancy house that is why I am thinking Orange County. The white bricks are more ivory color than the photos suggest. That is another reason why I am thinking 1960s.
Great vintage Lego schoolhouse, cool find fort
This is too cool! Even provisions for parking.
Nice design. It would be a nice house to live in. The fact there are no sloping roof tile pieces and the monochrome colour pallet makes me think late 50s to early 60s.
Thank you very much Newfld.
