Welz mini oil lamp

Firstly thanks to sklo42 for letting me know what these are, thought it was a vase but that it wouldn't be very well balanced with water and a flower in it. Height is 170mm and has a little bit of damage to the leaves/feet but still sits well. It was one of those bargain garage sale items I think I paid only a $1 but it had issues. Unfortunately one of the clear twirls had been broken and someone had used 1/2 a tube of araldite to fix it and then painted all the clear glass black! Spent almost 6 hours scraping of the paint and chipping off excess araldite with a jewellers screwdriver and an engineers scriber. But the work was worth it as it looks nice and I need to have a close inspection now to see which is the repaired twirl.
