Nice find..these type of items are regaining popularity. We have a few similar items I've bought for our etsy store
So even with the damage they have value ?
Obviously damage will decrease the value. And often maps and brochures are mass produced, so the value isn't always a lot. But people collect specific items like this. Road maps are pretty popular for garage, classic, hot rod displays.
