First three pics are a pair of iron frames that once held a **very** heavy electric motor to an old pipe organ blower machine which dated from the 1930's or so. The remainder of that machine (besides its nameplate and that motor itself) has long since went away to 'scrap metal heaven' -- I kept these because I thought/think they're interesting shaped, I guess. (and the motor because its way too heavy for me to get into a truck without more help and machinery, nevermind that) And now they're out in front of my house, pretending (?) to be "decoration". <lol> Phre5d the elephant ear's pot and another plant for size reference, they aren't really all that big, but they's sure got some weight to 'em... ;-) :-)
Pic 4 is the old Singer sewing machine head I've shown before just because I had room for another photo...I haven't yet put any of its remaining iron parts out there anywhere...yet...but there is one spot where various ivy tends to grow wild anyway...might be fun...??
OH -- and the little 'table' in pic 1 sorta kinda really belongs out there too, it is actually made of slats of old tongue and groove oak flooring material cleated together, with iron pipe and flange legs suitably rusty. Dunno who made it or when...
Thanks SO MUCH to fortapache, vetraio50, egreeley1976, kwqd, aura, Brunswick, Watchsearcher, & dav2no1 for your <love it>s!! In case anybody's curious, I've just added a new showing that is related, in that it shows the entire one of the machines my 'big round semicircles' came from... ;-) :-)
