Welz Vase?

Got this little beauty at a Hospice Auction, not the place to go for bargains a lot of people spend well to support a good cause, which is good! I think it is Welz looking at pictures of others. It is about 210mm high and tall and thin and has metal inclusions (see the closeup in picky 4) which really make it catch the light. The handles are uranium and really light up as you can even see a bit of a glow from the sunlight.
