I got this sugar bowl with a lot of the stoneware I was able to purchase. The lid is not the same as the lid that is with the other sugar bowls in this collection. Any ideas on what this could be?

Hi, Collectorofoldladyplates. :-)
Apparently, this Hearthside pattern is called Chantilly Fleur De Bois. It seems like Chantilly might be a shape, because there is more than one Chantilly decor, Fleur De Bois and Fleur De Lune:

Compare with the sugar bowl in the Garden Festival pattern, which is a different shape altogether:

As to why your sugar bowl has that translucent doohickey (I don't know about you, but I always like to use precise, technical terms) in the lid, I don't know.
Perhaps it's some kind of small candle holder, and got stuck in there by a child (because that's what children do).
Is it attached? Maybe some sort of spoon rest?
