      LDR67, Chapter Eleventeenth of "Tongs of Torture."

      Just kidding.

      I was trying to make out the engraved text near the pivot point. It looks something like "PAT ANLU FOR F & W."

      I see the curved part doesn’t cut! It reminds me of surgical scissors, but that’s not likely to help, sorry. Interesting mystery though!

      I thought the same thing but the scissors are quite large and do not seem to be surgical grade to me. I added another picture of me holding them so you can reference the size.
