This is a Budweiser heat lamp display from the 1980’s when you turn it on the heat from the bulb would make the inside turn and display different colors on the background. There was also one made earlier I believe 70’s. With a aluminum fan on top. The problem with these if you left them on too long they would melted if the inside stoped turning.
