This has tiny, white rods on clear glass. In this version of peloton the rods are very much on the surface of the glass. Comment nine from Project_Harrach has identified this vase as Harrach.

      I think it's Harrach. https://www.bohemianglass.org/katalog/vaza-peloton-2003/detail/

Thank you, larksel. I must also go back and read the history of Harrach in the 20th century.

Thank you, inky. Oddly. although I didn't know what it was, it's been on my Harrach shelf as there was a space!

This looks intriguingly in colourless clear glass.

Yes, I would say Harrach as well. Have one with handles in the same all white decor, plus another in all cobalt blue. Another fine addition to your collection!

@ Ivonne I thought that, though peloton, it always looked a bit ordinary. However, Iwona, it certainly looks a bit better against black.

@Ironlace So three for Harrach, Marin. A fine ID never goes unappreciated!

This is definitely Harrach. I wrote an article on my now defunct website about the matter, but Warren also posted an article about it here. Here's a cut & past from his article:

Wilhelm Kralik, an employee of the Harrach glass works in Neuwelt, Bohemia, was granted a British patent on October 25, 1880 for a method of "ornamenting glass articles". The last photo is a scan from the book

      Abridgments of Specifications
      Class 52,
      Furniture and Upholstery
      Period-A.D. 1877-83.

      London:
      Patent Office Sale Branch
38, Curator Street, Chancery Lane, E.C.
      1893

This volume is in the public domain, and is available as a free e-book on Google Books.

It is interesting that the patent was filed in England - Harrach produced a wide range of products for the English market in the Victorian era, so it does make sense.

Project Harrach, thank you for this fascinating information. I have changed the title of this post accordingly. And so the little imposter on the Harrach shelf has got his passport and can stay!

Oh, it looks like it is covered in sugar sprinkles!! It would look wonderful filled with purple sweet peas or pansies - such a lovely little vase! :)

And being white and clear it would be a good background for colourful flowers :)
