In case you're wondering why your pictures are mostly sideways, it's probably because Collectors Weekly Show & Tell software doesn't play nicely with all photograph sources, particularly some makes and models of smart phones and tablets.

If you want them to orient properly, you can edit copies of your photos, and trim them so that the long sides are a bit shorter. Then edit your post, replacing the existing photos with the edited copies. That usually does the trick.

Anyway, yes, your machine is 1956 vintage. The central office allotted a block of 50,000 consecutive serial numbers for model 15 machines in March 1956, and didn't allocate another block for model 15 machines until December of the same year:

AM- 411036 461035 15 50000 March 8 1956

AM- 579086 629085 15 50000 December 10 1956
