Fostoria - American Pattern Glass Dish

Ok, I an not a glass expert. My sister is very knowledgeable and I'm learning stuff from her daily. I picked this up today for $2, so can't go wrong. There's a little candle wax on the outside that needs to be cleaned off.
3 Footed Glass Dish. I believe it's a Fostoria, American line. Possibly a candy dish?
