I always like to bring things back to life. belonged to a lady that was 102 years old. was in storage and had fallen apart. had been painted several times. I stripped and glued every part, and the coated with BLO several times. printed the decal and modpoged it on the back.
I always sign and date my work, and this piece had name and original price written on bottom already.

Is there a photo of the bottom showing original name and price? What a wonderful chair - you did an amazing job!

Gillian, yes i added a couple of pictures of the bottom that I saved and kept original. luckily they didn't paint the bottom. price appears to be $11.95

also I added my name and date when I did the restoration work. something my father taught me to do as he was a master craftsman with woodworking and has since passed away many years ago.
