Hello everyone, I am new to the group. I have had her for 40 years. My father passed her to me when I was a child and he passed away not too long after. I have always wanted to know information on her, or maybe purchase other ones. She is about 12 inches tall. If anyone can help me I would be very happy. Happy hunting everyone and have a great day.

      HI, Shirley2417. :-)

I found more than a couple out there, but they were all painted slightly differently. This ebay listing for one of them give a wealth of detail that explains it:

Vintage Craft Girl Holding Raggedy Ann Sculpture Figurine 1973 Ceramichrome

This item is a completed vintage Craft Figurine titled F0706 Bedtime and shows a big eyed girl holding a Raggedy Ann Doll. It was a from an original craft kit BisaweKITS by Ceramichrome, which is a subsidiary of the Tonka Corporation. It was copyrighted Ceramichrome Inc. 1973. Original Sculptures by Don A. Winton.

Here's a 1972 ceramics publication with a Ceramichrome ad on page 13 (they were located in Westminster, CA):

So if you want to see more like it, your search criteria should include one or more of the following strings: Ceramichrome, Tonka, F0706, Bedtime, 1973, or BisaweKITS.

OMG... Thank you so very much, this means so much to me, I can get her a sister to match now. You are so very helpful, I was gifted this in 1980. This is an amzing find to me. I will forever remember your kindness . Sending you many positive vibes and blessings Keramikos : )

      Shirley2417, You're very welcome. :-)

FYI, using all of those search criteria might actually be counterproductive.

Using just "ceramichrome raggedy ann" in Google Images seems to work pretty well:

Here's an interesting piece on the artist (he apparently got a "cease and desist" letter from Disney company management when he was still a teenager, but old Walt stepped in to call off the legal dogs):
