The perhaps inevitable has happened, or at least *IS* happening....
A little slightly unusual whimpering underneath the bedroom window heard today, then a more unique and smaller kinda unusual whimpering with it...
For it would seem OREO is busy out there at the moment officially becoming a BABY MOMMA...
The little guy pictured here with her is #1, there'll be more when she is ready...so far he seems healthy, happy, and absolutely cute as h*ll... <groan>
...I don't know NUTTHIN bouts birthin' no babies....??? <eeek>

Gotta admit, as the mostly stereotypical 'city kid', I don't really recall ever having any actual experience with watching a pet give birth to a litter -- and the process has been fascinating and actually enjoyable. (even despite the few kinda gross parts?!) Yes it should turn into eight good (different!) homes in a few more weeks, but in the meantime... . . .

Last nite's final tally before I went to bed was a comfortable Oreo Momma and eight little ones. THIS morning she's got **NINE**little pink babypuppy faces out there...
