Murray Hill learned Glass blowing at the Inglewood Glass Plant. This one has a lovely brick red contrasting to the clear to grey/blue. Easy to identify this one as it is engraved M Hill 86. Note the almost 4 leaf clover shape on the pontil this identifies glass made at the Inglewood Glass Plant when it was run by Tony Kuepfer who started it, funnily enough he also came from the US. I remember going there when I was very young and seeing them work (mid 70s) I was mainly interested in the scrap spirals of glass that were outside in a rubbish area.
