Here is a Money clip or belt clip knife from Nolan Amusements Zanesville, Ohio .
On either side of the clip there is a fold out extension; one side is a nail file, and on the other side is a knife blade. Both measure 1 - 1/4" long, and are marked ZIPPO Bradford PA. The closed clip measures 2" x 1".
I don't know any other information on this clip. I am guess this is the traveling fairs operators, and may be this is tool or sovereign.
