This writing desk has drawers on both sides, leather top, of course dove tailed joints on drawers and an adjustable reading/lectern on one side. I cannot find a similar picture anywhere on the internet nor can I find what the correct terminology is for the adjustable reading board.

      Hi, BishopBC. :-)

Cool. With drawers on both sides, it looks like it could be a partners desk.

However, that little tilt-up surface is on only one side?

Thank you keramikos. I cannot find anything like it and I’ve been searching awhile. Thanks for the link.

Like a partners desk but more like a drawing table. Very cool, wish I had this, will look in some of my books, as the internet as you might realize is NEW !~

I would think that this is not a regular partners desk at all or really in that category. Alexander made special furniture to clients specifications also and probably is that.
