Not quite as exciting as my last two matchbook but still some nice graphics. Back in the long ago mom would be chain smoking in the kitchen so a Hunt's Tomato Sauce matchbook would make since. I wonder if tomato paste would work. I think it would you just add some water. Sadly part of the recipe is hidden by the matches. I also note is says bulk sausage and not beef/pork or whatever. Could just be ground meat because you are supposed to make them into little cakes.
The ashtray background is a L. G. Wright Company Vaseline Glass Daisy & Button pattern circa 1950.
Coming up next week will be a trivet. You will not want to miss that.
fortapache, I made the mistake of trying to find this recipe. No joy, but seeing all kinds of sausage supper recipes out there left me jonesing.
Somebody actually posted a lot of those Hunt's matchbook recipes, but I didn't see the sausage supper one:

See, if I'd learn to look more carefully, I would have noticed that the third picture has the recipe. Well, almost all of it. >8-0
I suppose you could make it with just ordinary ground meat, but bulk sausage is an actual thing:

In my dreams, it's Italian sausage.
