This is one of the harder to find sets of the GI Joe 40th Anniversary sets released in 2004. They are about 98% faithful to the original sets which is fine as it is considered a sin to make something exact as an original. Has to do with selling repro as original. An original of this set on a card is several hundred dollars could be a grand. So collectors are quite happy with these.
I have two GI Joes here. The one on the right is the 40th version and the left an original. I need an armband for that one and an original is about $50 so I may cheat and get a repro.
Also in the photo is the 40th Anniversary Helmet set. That one came in a set with 4 small cards. So you need both sets for a complete Shore Patrol figure. I need one more Helmet set for third Shore Patrol figure. Then I have to get the Shore Patrol Jeep Hasbro made around 2000 so they can all fight with the Action Sailors on leave.
