It looks like one of those dead people they used to photograph after death. You might look at one of those sites.
It’s Hungarian and begins with “dear good mother”.

She looks very much alive to me. A tiny waist, pulled tight with a corset, was a fashion trend…I’m glad that’s over!
NOT a post mortem. She was alive when photographed. Agree, umbrella in her hand.
