This is a uranium glass jug. I don't know a lot about the decoration but the silhouettes of frolicking maidens resemble pieces by the glassworks of Haida, now Novy Bor, Czech Republic. I'd guess the date is early/mid 20thC.

Absolutely gorgeous, the design is really lovely
Thanks Newfld, it is a lovely and unusual design, I can't find anything quite like it. It does have a bit of wear on the decoration but that's OK.
