Bought this AMAZING painting ... no it isn't a lithograph it's all painted ... CRAZY detailed! Wonderful. Problem is I can't find any matching GALLA artists?! I did find geometric design scarfs signed GALLA but the signature lettering is different on the scarves (found 2 online). It's dated '73, measures 30" x 30", on board. Oil? Acrylic? (not sure). Does anyone here have information on GALLA that I don't??? Also what do you think of this piece? THANKS!!!

Hi Cisum. Thanks. I sent msgs to this artist; haven't heard back yet. She only resumed her art in her 50s which was mid-2000s. My painting is dated 1973. She did pattern geometrics early, which could've been in the 1970s. But I've found nothing of hers that looks remotely similar to this '73 painting nor a signature match, quite different. I'll post here if ahe replies; hope to hear from her! Mystery still unsolved though! Thanks again!

I appreciate it. I msg'd her through Etsy but she is currently on a hiatus. I did get an auto reply from her shop though; she'll likely reply later. The painting is baffling because this ot would take a very gifted & one would think accomplished artist to achieve the preciseness of this painting! Yet, no one I can find! Thx again.
I rec'd an email from Corrine Galla who graciously told me that she was not doing any art in 1973. Well, we have our answer on that. Mystery artist still shrouded!
