Just a few more of my doilies that I think are special. The skill it took someone to crochet them is way out of my realm!

I consider them all little works of art.
They are very under-appreciated, so that makes them very affordable. I think they look pretty framed and protected.

    I hope you enjoy!

Watchsearcher, Beautiful, especially that red, green, and white one. :-)

My father told me that he used to see his mother stand in front of a store window that displayed a piece of crochet work she liked. He said that he could see her count stitches, and then she'd go home and make one like it. };-)

Such a talent! One I don’t have but I appreciate the work of others. :-)

Huh, and I was going to teach liquid embroidery on a cruise line (never learned) in my old age, never happened. My mother did 2 similar to #1 and #2, very pretty. Lucky you to have the foresight to have them framed !~

Phil, I’m not familiar with liquid embroidery…even if you don’t teach it on a cruise ship, you can tell me about it, at least. :-)

Eileen, that is also one of my favorites….the red really stands out.
To think these little works of art started as just a ball of string! Hard to imagine…..
