    I have this very nice chinese trinket boxes. There is no marks on the bottom. Does anybody nows how old is it? :)

      trinkets in this way made an c?nzhu? zhuànpán or dinner-table turntables = Lazy Susan, instead of the dishes they use the trinkets as a pars pro toto

      maybe the mid scene is an arhat Buddha or acolyte ) , because of the nimbus
      they probably want to represent a sort of guanghu scene ( floating tomato in the mid scene in combination with crane probably )

      as far as i know the wholle midscene is bogus

      this piece is made recent

      cute piece but the value is neglectable
