I found this bowl at the Alameda Flea on Sunday. It sort of looks like Satsuma. There is gold and bronze gilding on it and a crackled earthenware base - like Satsuma.

Hi ho2cultcha!
Very nice tea bowl!
The mark reads 'Ninsei'; though it is - of course most likely - not a work of the original Nonomura Ninsei from the 17th century. Likely it stems from one of the artists/potters in or around Kyoto, who did use this generic mark in the 19th century.
Best regards, rain_dog
(a general remark: As I'm no expert, please take my comments always with a grain of salt.)
kyo yaki -wan-nari chatsubo embossed something like 1890-1920 , the embossing is lingering on till the twenties
Just to add, this bowl depicts the Seven Fortunate Gods or Shichifukujin.
