I have 1986 lincoln cent that i found out with error..i find the number 6 on its year date 1986 with extra metal and it confuse if its 1986 or 1988

That is a known error and it is called doubling on the date. Don't give up your day job based on this. You would be lucky to get out of Mc Donalds with it's value.
Looks more like gas got trapped in between the zinc and copper plating.
disagree the occlusion the layers forms a different kind of agglutination of the escaping gas of the bubbles
