    Found this in garage clearance and puzzled as to what it is used for. someone suggeste for circlips, i'm not sure. Has a faded name & No.1 engraved.

      I see the 'No1' but not the name, where's it at and can you make out any of it? It might also be helpful to show another pic of the backside of the tool. Looks like a nifty little thing anyways about it!
