Well at least I think it is, they are called both Kralik and Loetz on different places on the web, the body pattern looks Kralik but the 3 pieces that come up look similar to those on Loetz Nautilus vases but they seem to dribble down? No doubt people with better knowledge than me will know.
Any way it is a beautiful vase with the golden shimmer throughout. 135mm wide by 95mm high.
