Bought this at estate sale and don’t know much and hoping to find out more. Appears to be Chinese soldier on a horse. Heavy cast iron. Is it a reproduction or a tourist piece? Thanks in advance.

I'm not an expert in this area,, but looks like reproduction to me. And that wire is definitely modern, could've been added later. Waki told me once..if you can't see emotion in the eyes, it's not that good. I'm sure other will chime in..
Looks good to me and the wire obviously doesn't go with it. What is in the raised hand ? A turkey leg ? LOL !
strange mail got only an piece ofthe text, i think this is 20 century vintage, there is almost no cisele on/in the hand and there are no garlands on the saddle
it is complete or almost complete , that,s not bad
i did, some asian war ( superficially) the weapon or banner i don,t know rumour has it , it was his birthday and he got an sandwich iron as an present from his wife
