Looks like Ishiguro Koko. But what do I know?
    2. rembrant, 3 years ago
Hello you are correct ,Koko was the maker.
Not sure why images are on their side.maybe this could be corrected by moderators.

Here’s how to correct the photos:
On your device, edit your photos. Just changing their dimensions a bit will be sufficient.
Then edit your post by removing each picture and replacing it with the newly altered version.
The pictures will then be correctly oriented.

It took me a lot of trial-and-error to figure that out. I hope this helps.

as always gothenborg did it wrong again a never ending story , they translated it the mark ?? wrongly as Banni which is IMO a major blunder

Ishiguro Koko the simple signing , the priciple of over emphasizing

The first Kanji is ? "Ko", and the second ? and ? actuallyiteration mark used in an old Chinese way for character repeating, so in that case it actually says: "Ko" (twice), so "Koko".

the full extension is 4 characters

the semi flambe looks good nice combination , this is fin de siecle and an value vase

      Many thanks ,Watchsearcher
Thanks for the info about ajusting images.
      Thanks Apostata for your comments
Very tricky understanding Asian signature (If you are not Asian)
The sell sold it to me as a Ryosai
      Made piece.
I am happy that the maker is Koko.
As I feel he was just as good.
Not sure if you have seen , his monumental vase sold at Bohams Auctions, 500 monkeys , amazing piece.
