By HO they mean 1/87 scale. HO is actually a gauge which is the track width, but enough nit picking. This is the famed scud launcher so famous in the first Gulf War. These were mostly snap together models but this one has some small parts that require glue/cement. It is still sealed in its plastic bubble after 40 years. It didn't cost much so I may free it someday. Looks like the English name for it is Rocket Carrier B.B. 3 Nato specification SCUD. The USSR supplied these to Iraq. It was a rather large vehicle and weighed 35 tons. Pretty heavy for a vehicle other than a tank.
These models were made in Austria. They made hundreds of models. Good luck collecting all of them.
