    Photograph Of Lightening Striking Seattle

    9 1/2" x 8"
    Circa: 1984

I bought a lot of art last week and got this large photograph for free. The photograph is lightening striking downtown Seattle. The photograph was originally the property and sold by The Seattle Times.

"The downtown Seattle skyline is highlighted by lightning in this time-exposure photograph taken from Duwamish Head. (Greg Gilbert / The Seattle Times, 1984)"

      dav2no1, Very cool. :-)

Some people might take a sight like that for granted, but the Puget Sound historically isn't known for lightning.

Neither is the San Francisco Bay Area:

However, I suspect all bets are off in the future, because of long-term weather pattern changes.
