    Purposeful…
    (13 items)

This was my grandmother's tea set so it's probably from the early 1900's. It has "Bavaria" on the back but no other marks. It is very delicate and has a iridescent glaze/finish, you can almost see thru it.
Does anyone have any information about this set you can share?
    thank you

      PurposefulAgain, Beautiful. :-)

      It looks like lustreware/lusterware:

      https://www.demorgan.org.uk/lustreware-a-short-history/

It was probably marked "Bavaria" for export to English-speaking countries, because Germans call Bavaria "Bayern."
