Your picture of the motor assembly is interesting mostly because the information on it indicates that it was made in Canada.
The SIMANCO CAT. NO. BAJ3-8 was used on a numer of different Singer sewing machine models, including the 66, 99, 15-90, and 128, e.g.:

However, the actual sewing machine head serial number in the little bronze-colored cartouche on the sewing machine bed, e.g.:

Points at the U.S. Singer factory Elizabethport (AL452781):

Per the serial number tables at ISMACS, serial number "AL452781" was one of a block of 15,000 consecutive serial numbers allotted by the central office to one of its factories (in this case, Elizabethport) on July 6, 1953, and all were destined to be stamped into the beds of model 66 machines:
AL- 447471 462470 66 15000 July 6 1953
AL- 625941 640940 66 15000 November 20 1953

FYI, I excerpted the next block of serial numbers destined for model 66 machines to give you an idea of when yours might have rolled off the assembly line (some time between July 6 and November 20, 1953).
