      Hi, datamarc. :-)

Valuation isn't done here in Collectors Weekly Show & Tell.

Here is some advice about value from one of the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society's (ISMACS) experts:

      https://ismacs.net/sewing_machine_articles/how_much_is_my_sewing_machine_worth.html

Your picture of the motor assembly is interesting mostly because the information on it indicates that it was made in Canada.

The SIMANCO CAT. NO. BAJ3-8 was used on a numer of different Singer sewing machine models, including the 66, 99, 15-90, and 128, e.g.:

      https://oldsingershop.com/products/singer-ba3-8-sewing-machine-motor-with-mounting-bracket-simanco-99-66-15-90-128-baj3-8?variant=39249066983460

However, the actual sewing machine head serial number in the little bronze-colored cartouche on the sewing machine bed, e.g.:

      https://www.singermachines.co.uk/pub/media/upload/image/model_5.jpg

Points at the U.S. Singer factory Elizabethport (AL452781):

      *snip*

      ELIZABETHPORT

      AL series 1953 1955

      *snip*

      https://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/singer_dating_by_serial_number.html

Per the serial number tables at ISMACS, serial number "AL452781" was one of a block of 15,000 consecutive serial numbers allotted by the central office to one of its factories (in this case, Elizabethport) on July 6, 1953, and all were destined to be stamped into the beds of model 66 machines:

      AL- 447471 462470 66 15000 July 6 1953

      AL- 625941 640940 66 15000 November 20 1953

      https://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/serial-numbers/singer-al-series-serial-numbers.html

FYI, I excerpted the next block of serial numbers destined for model 66 machines to give you an idea of when yours might have rolled off the assembly line (some time between July 6 and November 20, 1953).

      About the model 66:

      Here's a manual for a model 66-18:

Your decal set is called Filigree:

I can't see the faceplate or rear access panel, but here is a gallery of them for you to peruse:

Your cabinet looks like it might be the Style 354-355 Andmore:

About the Elizabethport factory (where your sewing machine head was probably made):

However, it's a lot to look through, so if you have any questions (other than value), you can just ask them here in a comment. :-)
