    Beautiful coin but not sure if it's old money or souvenir any advice would help thank you. I've done Google loans I see some that kind of look like it but they're all in silver or do you could I get something somebody to tell me where I could take it to have it checked

      I can't identify it but I would speculate it is a reproduction. While it shows what appear to be signs of wear, the edges are way to sharp and well defined. Just my opinion and I am sure others will chime in.

      Both fhrjr2 and dav2no1 are probably right that your coin is a reproduction.

      Irregularly shaped coins actually were a real thing centuries ago. They were legal tender, and were called cobs:

      Some of the modern reproductions are beautiful and sometimes even made from precious metals.

      If you want to be sure about your coin's authenticity or lack thereof, you probably should consult a coin dealer in your local area.

      Investment casting makes it difficult even for knowledgeable collectors. It's a shame because it has driven trust and prices down.
