Found the amazing Fenton lamp base for $10! Planning to restore it, but not having much luck finding an image online of how it may have looked when original. Any input would be so appreciated ????

TallCakes, Wow. You sure have an eye. >8-0

JFMCO, Here's a Worthpoint listing for a Fenton Poppy lamp, including a picture of the individual components:

One wonders whether somebody had a Fenton Poppy lamp that broke, so they created a new, electric lamp using various parts including the salvaged Fenton Poppy lamp base.

also found another lotus base (but why would someone stack 2 bases???)

I’m glad to see these comments…when I first saw the lamp, my thought was “that just doesn’t look right”…

You have a lamp made of parts for only 10 dollars but you may have to find a bargain as it does not look right but then for 10 dollars you found a bargain anyway. I remember in 1984 in New York I found the most wonderful lamp store, a store that topped anything I had seen then or ever since. I like the airplane ashtray lamps so I see a lot of badly mixed lamps. You have to sometimes buy another one to make it look right, as the links found they need different parts also !~
