I've searched high and low for information regarding this clock.. I'm hoping someone can help me.. it's in very good condition and very heavy. I know there's something valuable and timeless about this clock but I also believe it is that rare, and vintage, that there isn't information on it...

All information is NOT on the internet. When people realize that then they might have hope !~

^^^THIS^^^ And when it comes to watches and clocks, there's so many varieties and popular models get knocked off all the time.

You may need to ask someone who specifically deals with this brand to get the information you are looking for..

Joell, It's true that all information isn't on the Internet. I've hit more than a few dead ends myself.

Here is an Imhof table clock very similar to yours, but it seems to lack the "Turler" label:

      *snip*

      Swiss table clock - Imhof - 1950
      Mechanical - 8 day movement

Without defects / with signs of use
The clock functions with no problems
The windup mechanism is wound up by a knob on the back.
      Dimensions: width 19.5 cm / height 13.5 cm / depth 6 cm

      *snip*

      https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/16534689-swiss-table-clock-imhof-1950

I see what looks like a serial number and jewel information on the back:

      1251671
      15 JEWELS

That characterization of 1950s vintage is born out by the style of the trademark "IMHOF" (with the "IM" being smaller and higher than the "HOF":

      https://trademarks.justia.com/716/91/imhof-71691216.html

I was going to suggest that you wait and see whether our local clock expert Bruce99 will weight in on your clock, but he seems to be of the opinion that information about Imhof clocks is a bit thin on the ground:

      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/173216-imhof-clock

Unfortunately, the clock wonks at nawcc dot org also seem to think that Imhof clock information is a bit thin on the ground:

      https://mb.nawcc.org/threads/imhof-clock.79165/

      About Imhof:

      *snip*

Arthur IMHOF SA was founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1924. Known for the manufacture of elegant desk and table watches, the slogan Manufacture de Pendulettes d’Art et Réveils identifies it for the production of quality models, so much so that it is defined in the world of collecting as the Rolls Royce of watches.

Incidentally, you seem to have a duplicate post:

      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/303965-vintage-lmhof-swiss-8-day-table-clock-t

That happens not infrequently; I've had it happen to me. You can just delete the duplicate post, but be careful that it IS the duplicate one, and not this one in which you now have had a few scraps of information added in the comments. };-)

Keramikos, thank you for your information. Always greatly appreciated. Seems to me, due to lack of information on imhof clocks, they would be rare. But who am I to say. I just know there is something special about this clock. I would love if "Bruce99" chimed in. Anyone's input is greatly appreciated. I will take your advice and take the clock to a local clock dealer. And possibly an antique dealer whom may possibly have some information on this special clock that seems to be a mystery. Thank you again for everyone's effort and help. :) :) .... P.S. I am new at all this investigating and was informed that my 2nd, accidental, post has been deleted by admins.... Apologies for the confusion ... Lol ??????????????????

      Joell, You're quite welcome. :-)

No worries about the duplicate post. It's not an unusual problem, and the CW staff already taken care of it for you.

Good luck with finding more information about your clock.
