Vintage silver bottle opener maybe Danish as it has pri ting that reads “København”. Has interesting markings on the back with a little lighthouse. And it looks like some kind of a Townhall building on the front
Looks like Copenhagen..

Hi. Claire3. :-)
Those hallmarks of a lighthouse and "AP" on the back look like Axel Prip's Skefabrik:
*snip*
Axel Prip's Skefabrik founded 1924, by Axel Prip (b.1864-d.1925) as a successor to Kobenhavns Skefabrik (Copenhagen Spoon Factory), Prip was still in business as of 1956, Axel's grandson, John Prip, the famous Danish/American silversmith apprenticed here from the age of 15 Copenhagen Denmark

That building looks like the Copenhagen City Hall:

Since your hall marks lack the lone "P" in a circle, yours might not be silverplate:

You'll have to go to the page and scroll down to read more, as they've disabled copy (I could get around that, but I'll respect their wishes):

I couldn't find another bottle opener exactly like yours, but here is another Axel Prip Skefabrik bottle opener with a sailing ship motif:
