Huge Opaline White/Gold Decenter with 3D Enameled Decoration

Gigantic 27" Bohemian Moser Art Glass enameled and gilt decorated opaline white decanter and stopper. The bottle is white with a 3 ring neck, hand painted gold and thick enameled flowers. The crystal stopper is 6 sided facet cut to a prism shape and has gold decoration. On the bottom of the stopper are marked with matching # "6-something"; full number not visible due to chip (see photo). Excellent condition otherwise. The bottle has no chips or cracks. Little to no loss of gold or enamel. The stopper is in very good condition with a chip on its base. The bottle is very clean inside, never used to store anything; no visible markings inside. It measures 27 1/4" tall to top of stopper, 13 7/8" tall without stopper, 3 1/16" across mouth, 5 5/16" at base, and 6 3/8"at widest part of body. The stopper itself is 15" long and 4 5/8" at the widest part. Belonged to my aunt and passed down to me. Need help verifying maker.
