Carved Bunny Mask
Approximately 7" wide x 10 1/2" tall and 8" deep
I couldn't pass up this unusual bunny mask. Normally my collection is all devil type masks. This bunny is hand carved and painted...even has some gold highlights.
The wood is very light, so I believe this is pule wood made in Bali.

Rabbits live on every continent except Antarctica. Because of this every culture has some sort of symbolism for them.

Thanks Scott...I was thinking...this is something Scott would have hanging in his house along with his cast iron rabbits.
Believe it, or not, my dear wife hates all of my cast iron pieces and so I have 95% of them stored away at a climate controlled storage facility and some stored in trunks. So, needless to say, we have very few pieces displayed in our home. I do have an antique china cabinet that's filled with all of my small collectibles and an antique bookcase filled with books and Vienna bronze pieces. And my patio and landscape look like a zoo:)
Now that is a real rabbit! Love it!!!

Waki..Everything in our etsy store is priced according to sold prices. We find some comparables and try to price below that. Plus we offer fast, free shipping. Shipping rates have gone up twice in a few months. We actually just lowered our prices in the last few days. I'm not sure which piece you were referring to. I can also tell you that, any money we make goes back into the store for inventory.
