This brown glass Zelezny Brod Sklo vase is 5" high. It arrived safely to my new house but I don't have a scale or ruler here so I do not know the other dimensions and weight. There is minor scratching to the bottom. It has four lobes though the pictures make it look like only three.

I still scan some online auction sites in case I see something small and inexpensive that needs rescuing and saw this for a few dollars and was pretty sure it was ZBS and confirmed that after a bit of research. I found one labelled example. Since it is such a "Bleh" color I thought it might be an older piece and worth saving from an uncertain fate. Guessing it is at least 1960s?

I am not sure of the designer but have seen it attributed to Miloslav/Miroslav Klinger, but guessing it may at least have a number associated with it if not a designer?

Any information welcome. Leaving it a Mystery if/until I can find out more about it.

Update: I did find an example on the 20thcenturyglass.com web site but it does not have much information except for this:

"Made by the Zelezny Brod glassworks. Similar vases are shown in the book "Hi Sklo Lo Sklo" by Mark Hill, pages 48 + 49. "

    Does anyone have this book?

Might be a Rikaro piece. Also Czech made.

Thanks BHIFOS. I found one that still had the original ZBS label on it.

Thanks for loving my Czech vase dav2no1, Loucinda, SkyPilot, BHIFOS and scott0363!

I have a blue one similar to yours and always assumed it was ZBS as well as I have a similar stocky shaped vase that you can see in my post "Neodymium Glass"
      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/294928-neodymium-glass
      that is labelled ZBS.
Then a little while ago I picked up a Cats Head Vase sold on TradeMe and the guy had several vases that were slightly bigger and the same shape as yours/mine with Rikaro labels. Now if you Google Rikaro nothing seems to come up about the makers but both are Czech....I wonder if they are made in the same place but some are sold to Mr Rikaro to sell??

      Could be....

I think anik and Kevin are knowledgeable about this period of Czech glass so maybe they will contribute to the conversation....

The Rikaro product is not very old as far as I can tell, there is a couple of posts of mine on CW with them.
      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/296041-rikaro-crystal-bowl.
The bowl in the post above came with it's original box but all it and the label (on the post) just say handmade in the Czech Republic.
There was a flash interiors shop in the town I live in selling Rikaro not too long ago.
Yes hopefully anik or Kevin can shine some light!

Thanks for loving my ZBS vase RichmondLori. Can't wait to see if this one survives the trip to my house. The seller has good feedback for packing, though!
