I've started a small collection of Meltdown posters by Dave Kloc, who I wrote about last year (cut and paste this link into your browser: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/articles/the-king-of-comedy-posters/ ). While I'm certain I will never collect all 310 he printed between 2010 and 2016, it's fun to snag a few here and there. Most cost 20 bucks (I splurged on the black-and-white "Lumpman" from 2012, which cost 10 more), and it's cool to know that Dave printed them himself in a "windowless janitor’s closet" in LA. Because they were made quickly to meet deadlines, you can see the artist trying out ideas, as well as ways to identify his work. Some, for example, have a stamp on the back so that the edition numbers could be filled in. As you might expect, some of mine actually got filled in with numbers, others didn't. Most are 11 x 17 or 12 x 18.
