I have had this radio for about ten years.
It is a Marconi model 138, with nine tubes and push buttons. it was made in 1938/39
You can see the mess it was in when I got it,but with a complete overhaul on the cabinet it came out very presentable.
I completely redid the chassis and added a new eye tube. I personally like the very large dial and the Marconi styling.
It has the original knobs although I had to replace the grill cloth with something very close to the original
Marconi is Canadian and you don't find very many of these in the United States.
It is one of my favorite radios and I do not think I will every sell it.
