Mike Powers Atomic Man GI Joe Jumps The Shark and Rips Off The 6 Million Dollar Man 1976

Towards the end of a toy line things start to get strange. Plus there is a succesful TV show and you can make a figure without the annoying licensing you get Mike Powers Atomic Man. He is a cyborg with a replaced right arm, left leg and right eye. But he is atomic and not bionic. The arms are clear plastic so you can see the gears in the arms and legs. Also there is the atomic eye. I can see it is different but not sure if it glows or some such.
The body is a GI joe body just as released in 1964. He has the Kung Fu grip that the later Adventure Team figures had. The figure came with this shirt and shorts and no shoes. He also came with a helicopter blade set he would hold in his right hand and powered by his atomic arm. A bit silly for me.
After this comes Bullet man and some blow mold figures. Then GI Joe started to shrink. It happens.
