Fungus
(1 item)
Hi,
This is my first post on here and I am hoping that someone might be able to help me heal an old family wound (of my design).
I had a bear similar to the attached picture when I was young which I then passed on to my younger brother. Unfortunately I passed it on to my daughter without his permission when he was 14 and it went missing which I have never been totally forgiven for. It came up again recently so I am trying to see if I can get him a replacement (21 years on...). As far as I can make out it is a ''1970 Tebro Teddy''. I have seen similar bears for sale online but never the exact one and am hoping perhaps there is a Teddy expert somewhere on here that may be able to help or point me in the right direction.
Here's hoping someone can help me out of a 21 year old hole... Thanks in advance.
Leo Fennell
Don't know anything about this website..but...this..

dav2no1, Hmmm.
Well now we know where Leo got the picture
Hi All, thanks for the suggestions. I have paid for the item online but the website does seem a bit iffy (strange wording and grammar as well as some misplaced links, etc..) but hopefully they might be genuine. Thanks again for the help.

Same picture multiple websites
He's a popular Teddy. No wonder my brother won't forgive me...
Fungus, Did you personally take the picture of the teddy bear in this post?
Fungus, I don't think it's a problem if you use an image from another source so long as you credit the source.
However, you asked Collectors Weekly Show & Tell for help:
"I am trying to see if I can get him a replacement"
Later, you write that you've already ordered a replacement from that timanteau site with the identical image that dav2no1 found:
"I have paid for the item online"
I'm afraid that I don't understand what kind of help you need from CW S&T.
Hi keramikos, I apologize for any confusion. I have just ordered the item today after the suggestion came through. I will keep in mind the info about using images. Thanks.
