I think that this is a kraak ware deep plate from Ming Wanli period 1572 – 1620, but it might be a later memorial piece from Kangxi period. What do you think?

It’s a Cracker !!!
this is not wanli IMO this is an Quatro gammadion , Kangxi brown rim blossom swirl + rotten straw bottom and afterglaring bottom this is 1690
i am stupid , ought to rest, but i am way behind with the assessments sorry to everybody
thank you Kevin and apostata!
IMO this is what happened academically
gammadion is swastika, peple related to Wanli and etc so lets say related to stuff with the roundels on the back
and one of the shipwreck salvages i believe Thje Hatcher caro refuted that
( Rinaldi theory)
IMO completely logical see Kangxi garlands so partly they have to rewrite the taxanomy
So the taxanomy changed from Kraak ware to Kraak ware STYLE
personally i thjink you are better of with your bowl
substantiation catawiki lot number NR. 14347865 from IMO very weak assessor from a very good asiatica site
thank you apostata - i agree with you completely. but this has been a good educational piece for me. i'm learning to distinguish porcelain from different periods - and styles. it's very interesting to me.
